You could try to update FW to the current release by flashing bootloader as mentioned in http://forum.easyelectronics.ru/viewtopic.php?p=644489&sid=c5343e8d0a43f5dac6ee8266052d73ac#p644489 then launch J-Link Commander to install FW.
